Haosi Power Intelligent Control Center Laboratory Inaugurated, Advancing to a Higher Level of R&D and Verification System

Recently, the Haosi Power Intelligent Control Center Laboratory was officially inaugurated. The expansion of the laboratory space from 30 square meters in 2018 to over 600 square meters today marks the continuous enhancement of R&D and verification capabilities, highlighting the company's core competitiveness in the field of intelligent power control.

At the inauguration ceremony, leaders including Yang Wanli, Vice Dean of Aurora Bay China R&D, Haosi Power's sub-business group, Liu Yiqiang, Director of the Intelligent Control Center, and Wang Jiwei, Director of the Testing Center, were present and delivered speeches. The leadership congratulated the successful expansion of the laboratory and emphasized that this platform will play a key role in enhancing independent R&D capabilities, ensuring product safety and reliability, and helping Haosi Power maintain its leading position in the intelligent powertrain track.

The laboratory is capable of performing full-scenario test verification for powertrain system controller software. It features over 600 square meters of professional testing space, equipped with 18 HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test benches and 21 ECU network and information security test benches, covering key areas such as software functional strategies, network communication, diagnostic security monitoring, and information security protection. Additionally, through semi-physical simulation test systems of varying depths, comprehensive verification of controller functions—including sensor recognition, actuator control, overall machine control, vehicle interaction, and OTA stability—is achieved. This ensures that software performance meets high-standard design and safety requirements. These rigorous tests and high-standard verifications directly impact the driving safety and core interests of every user, safeguarding product quality and providing customers with more reliable and safer powertrain system solutions.

In terms of powertrain R&D systems and efficiency, the laboratory has established development processes compliant with international standards such as ASPICE CL3, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434. Relying on a continuous integration and automated testing platform, it has achieved an automation rate of over 90% in test execution. This not only significantly enhances R&D efficiency but also systematically ensures product delivery quality and consistency, building a solid foundation of quality through rigorous processes and efficient verification to help customers’ products achieve faster deployment and more stable application. The strict adherence to these international standards and comprehensive quality control fundamentally safeguard user safety and interests.

Looking ahead, Haosi Power will use this platform as a foundation to further advance the powertrain electronic control system toward multi-controller collaborative testing, system-level verification, and international remote testing. It will continue to integrate big data and AI technologies, driving the evolution of the powertrain control system toward greater intelligence and reliability.
